Bioecopest was founded in 2010 as an innovative startup company committed to research and development in the field of biotechnology applied to pest management.
The company is based in Tramariglio (Alghero) in the Technology Park of Sardinia where its proprietary technological platforms are devoted to studies and experiments aimed at discovering and developing new active substances and bio-based products, defining their mode of action, and determining their laboratory and field efficacy.
From 2017, Bioecopest is recognized as an Innovative SME, according to the Italian Low Decree n. 3 of 24 January 2015, and has launched a new investment plan aimed at accrediting its laboratories according to ISO and GLP standards.
